I learnt my trade from my Father, who was a baker and confectioner in the 1960s.

I've always enjoyed being creative, and started making cakes for friends and family about 10 years ago. I've been told on many occasions that I should start my own cake business, and now, I am delighted to say, I have done just that!

I bake and decorate beautiful and unique Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Christening, Festive, Character and Novelty Cakes in a wide range of designs. I’ll attempt any design, from contemporary to classical, so if you have some ideas of your own, please don't hesitate to discuss them with me (see Gallery for examples).

My cakes are made from the finest ingredients and come in a number of mouth-watering flavours (see pricelist for details). However, if you would prefer a flavour that isn't there, please feel free to ask, I'm more than happy to discuss your specific requirements
